Every item we sell is eligible for 30-day guarantee against defects of invoice date. If a product is defective in any way, please call our Customer Support Operator at 866-587-8640 to verify the defect. When the defect is verified, you will receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that will be valid for 20 days.
All returns are subject to the following:
- All products must be returned in original packaging.
- The shipping fees are not refundable.
- Any item returned without a RMA number will be refused.
- All non-defective returns will be subject to 20% restocking fee and are non-returnable after 30 days.
- Request for return resulting from Toner Cartridge Depot errors must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- All defective returns examined and weighed. Product that is found to be non-defective or used will not be credited.
