Shipping to a different address
You may specify an address different from the billing one. You may do so during the checkout procedure either at the 2nd step, when entering Billing and Shipping information or at the 4th step, when previewing the order (click Edit This Information).
Order confirmation
After you place an order with Toner Cartridge Depot, you will be informed about your order's current status. We send an e-mail letter notifying of the successful purchase right after you complete checkout. The second letter informs that your order is about to be sent. You will get a third letter when your order has been sent. Please save these emails for your records.
