For BRT TN100PPF you can choose Genuine Brother (BRT TN100PPF (BRT TN-100PPF)) or a Remanufactured option (CTC TN100PPF) at a lower price per page, same 3000 page yield.
When the IntelliFAX 2500ML throws a "Supply Problem" error, the printer often simply can't read the cartridge chip. Give it a full power-cycle, take the cartridge out and put it back securely, and lightly buff the metal contacts with a dry, lint-free cloth. If it persists after all that, the cartridge is likely worn — install CTC TN100PPF.
