Order Processing Time
We work hard to get your order out the door quickly!
- All orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays ship on the next business day.
- Large orders may require additional processing time. We will notify you immediately if this applies to your order.

- UPS (Ground, 2-Day, Next Day)
- FedEx (Ground, 2-Day, Next Day)
Shipping Rates: Simple & Transparent
Toner Cartridge Depot offers clear and predictable shipping rates:
- FREE Standard Shipping for orders $75+ (2–5 business days)
- Flat rate: $9.00 for orders under $75
- Flat rate: $29.00 for 2nd Day shipping
- Flat rate: $39.00 for Next day shipping
Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and your location.
Typical delivery times:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
- UPS Ground: 2–5 business days
- FedEx Ground: 2–5 business days

- Alaska & Hawaii (surcharges may apply)
- U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
International shipping may be available for select products.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If a package is delayed or lost in transit:
- First, check the tracking details.
- If the package shows no updates for 48+ hours, contact our support team.
- We will open an investigation with the carrier and assist you throughout the process.
If your package is received in damaged condition, please contact us within 5 days and provide photos of both the package and the product.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address when checking out!
Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may incur:
- Re-shipment fee
- Address correction fee charged by the carrier. We will notify you before resending the order.
Split Shipments
In rare cases, your order may ship in multiple packages at no additional cost.
Each package will have its own tracking number.

Some items may have restrictions due to size, weight, or carrier regulations.
