Return Policy
Every item we sell is eligible for a 30-day guarantee against defects as of the invoice date. If a product is defective in any way, please call our Customer Support at 1-866-587-8640 to verify the defect. When the defect is verified, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that will be valid for 20 days.
All returns are subject to the following:
- All products must be returned in original packaging
- Shipping fees are not refundable
- Any item returned without an RMA number will be refused
- All non-defective returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Request for a return, even if resulting from a Toner Cartridge Depot error, must be made within 30 days of receipt
- All defective returns will be inspected, and toner cartridges will be weighed. Products found to be non-defective or used will not be credited.
