Return Policy Overview

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused.

Products found to be used, damaged by misuse, empty, or non-defective after inspection may not qualify for a refund or replacement.


Defective or Damaged Products

All products sold by Toner Cartridge Depot are covered by a 30-day guarantee against manufacturing defects.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery.

To process a defective claim, we may require:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product or packaging

Defective returns may be inspected and toner cartridges may be weighed or tested to verify the reported issue.

Return shipping costs for defective items or shipping errors may be covered by Toner Cartridge Depot after review and approval.

Non-Defective Returns

Non-defective returns may be accepted for products that are unopened and in original condition.

Approved non-defective returns are subject to:

  • A 20% restocking fee
  • Non-refundable original shipping charges
  • Customer responsibility for return shipping costs

Products returned opened, used, or damaged may not qualify for a refund.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact customer support within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide:
    • Your order number
    • The item you wish to return
    • The reason for the return
  3. Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  4. Securely package the product in its original packaging.
  5. Ship the item back using the instructions provided by our support team.

The RMA number is valid for 20 days from the date issued.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout
