Frequently Asked Questions
The PC700 uses CTC E40 and DPS 57340 toner cartridges. DPS 57340 yields 4000 pages.
The DPS 57340 cartridge has an approximate yield of 4000 pages.
A "Supply Problem" message on the PC700 usually points to a chip-communication hiccup rather than an empty cartridge. Power-cycle the printer (off for 30 seconds, then on), reseat the cartridge until it clicks into place, and gently clean the gold chip contacts with a dry cloth. If the message returns, a replacement DPS 57340 will clear it.
