What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and a valid RMA number. A 20% restocking fee applies to approved non-defective returns.

How do I start a return?

Contact our customer support within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will issue an RMA number. Securely repackage the item and ship it back using the instructions provided.

How long do I have to return an item?

What is an RMA number and how do I get one?

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns. Items returned without an RMA number may be refused. Contact our support team to request one — it is valid for 20 days from the date issued.

Is there a restocking fee for returns?

A 20% restocking fee applies to approved non-defective returns. There is no restocking fee for defective items or returns due to our error. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.

What if I received a defective product?

All products are covered by a 30-day guarantee against manufacturing defects. Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We may weigh or test returned cartridges to verify the defect. Return shipping costs may be covered after review and approval.

How long does a refund take to process?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.

What items cannot be returned?

The following cannot be returned: items without an RMA number, items returned after 30 days of delivery, used or damaged products where the damage was not caused by a manufacturing defect, and products missing their original packaging or contents.
