When the LaserJet M1319F throws a "Supply Problem" error, the printer often simply can't read the cartridge chip. Give it a full power-cycle, take the cartridge out and put it back securely, and lightly buff the metal contacts with a dry, lint-free cloth. If it persists after all that, the cartridge is likely worn — install HP Q2612D.
