For KYO TK-20H you can choose Genuine Kyocera Mita (KYO TK-20H (KYO 87800707)) or a Remanufactured option (CTC TK20H) at a lower price per page, same 20000 page yield.

When the DP 2000 throws a "Supply Problem" error, the printer often simply can't read the cartridge chip. Give it a full power-cycle, take the cartridge out and put it back securely, and lightly buff the metal contacts with a dry, lint-free cloth. If it persists after all that, the cartridge is likely worn — install CTC TK20H.
