The FO 4700 uses 5 toner cartridges, including KNI MNL 4152611, SHR FO-47ND and NEC 20120.
NEC 20120 prints 3000 pages, NEC 20125 prints 20000 pages. Choose NEC 20125 for high-volume printing (lower cost per page); NEC 20120 costs less upfront for occasional use.
The NEC 20125 cartridge has an approximate yield of 20000 pages.
For SHR FO-47ND you can choose Genuine Sharp (SHR FO-47ND (SHR FO47ND)) or a Remanufactured option (CTC FO-47ND) at a lower price per page, same 6000 page yield.
Yes — the FO 4700 uses a replaceable imaging drum: EPS S051055, KNI MNL 4174311, SHR FO-47DR (SHR FO47DR).
A "Supply Problem" message on the FO 4700 usually points to a chip-communication hiccup rather than an empty cartridge. Power-cycle the printer (off for 30 seconds, then on), reseat the cartridge until it clicks into place, and gently clean the gold chip contacts with a dry cloth. If the message returns, a replacement NEC 20125 will clear it.
