Set a Reminder

1. Open an account in our online store.

2. Place an order.

3. In your account, in the My Orders section, open order, and next to each item in your order, there is a link "Set a reminder".

At the time specified by you, we will send you an automatic email that you need to replace the consumable.

You can cancel "Set a reminder" in the My reminders section on your account.

4. Keep Our Emails Out of the Spam Folder!

By adding our email address to your Favorites or Contacts list, you ensure that our "Set a reminder notification" emails will reach your inbox and you will never miss the notification date you set.

To add our email address to your Favorites or Contacts, please follow these simple steps based on your email provider:

• Gmail
  • Log in to your Gmail account.
  • Click the "Gmail" dropdown menu in the top-left corner and select "Contacts."
  • Click "Create Contact" or "New Contact" to add a new contact.
  • Enter our email address ([email protected]) in the appropriate field.
  • Click "Save" or "Add."
• Outlook/Hotmail:
  • Log in to your Outlook/Hotmail account.
  • Click the "App Launcher" (nine-dot icon) in the top-left corner and select "People."
  • Click the "New" button to create a new contact.
  • Enter our email address ([email protected]) in the appropriate field.
  • Click "Save" or "Add."
• Yahoo Mail:
  • Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.
  • Click the "Contacts" icon (person silhouette) on the top-left side of the page.
  • Click the "New Contact" button to create a new contact.
  • Enter our email address ([email protected]) in the appropriate field.
  • Click "Save" or "Done."
