The 7328 uses a single toner cartridge, LAN 1170224. LAN 1170224 yields 8000 pages.
The LAN 1170224 cartridge has an approximate yield of 8000 pages.
For LAN 1170224 you can choose Genuine Lanier Harris (LAN 1170224) or a Remanufactured option (CTC 1170224) at a lower price per page, same 8000 page yield.
If your 7328 displays a "Supply Problem" alert, it's almost always the cartridge chip not being read correctly — not a faulty cartridge. Switch the printer off for about 30 seconds, take the cartridge out and slot it back in firmly, then wipe the small metal chip contacts with a dry, lint-free cloth. Still showing the alert? Install a fresh LAN 1170224 or reach out to our support team.
